Any bird owners with reptiles? Housing question

If the reptiles are kept in overly moist dirted terrariums or kept in unsanitary conditions i think the danger to the birds is probably fungus and mold spores

I've kept large snakes and birds in the same room before and both species did fine. The only reaction I've ever seen is if a snake may be on the floor, for example during enclosure cleaning, *that* will freak out the birds. Some sort of innate fear somewhere in their genetic code. But birds have never seemed to even notice a snake in it's enclosure.

I have a reptile room filled with lizards and a snake. There are two play areas for the birds in the reptile room, and it is their favorite place to hang out and take naps. They are for the most part oblivious to the reptiles, though my Meyers is an idiot and likes to try and pester them. He will try to chew on their toes or tails, or steal food from the iguana. He also likes to cling to the fronts of their cages and stare at them while they are going about their business.

As long as you make sure that the reptiles and birds don't come in contact with each other you should be fine. Monitor the bird for any sign of stress around the reptiles, and alter as necessary. In my experience, the reptiles will likely pay no attention to the birds.
