Any recommendations for building indoor cages?

I have 3 budgies and a parrotlet that I would like to build a large cage for. I have tons for hardware cloth, and I was thinking of using the hard plastic used in showers for a backing. I am planning on reinforcing the wood(of couse bird safe) where the birds have access to metal.

Any ideas? Designs? Pictures?

The plan is to make an indoor flight cage for my budgies, the estimate size is 10 feet by 4 feet, hight 8 feet
