We have a play stand for our Conure that is made out of PVC that has had grooves cut into it length-wise, and then twisted. Does anyone know how to put those grooves into the pipe? I've been looking all over and can't find any information on it, and it doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to do.

Thanks.

I have a blue and gold macaw along with an indian ringneck parakeet.
I don't have a lot of experience with PVC pipe playstands, but i do have playstands home made from beach driftwood. What I do is make a tripod out of 3 long sticks and then put a hole in each one and then put a rod through the holes and secure with washers and wingnuts. then get a smaller stick to screw onto the top of the tripod. If your PVC dosn't work out, thean you should try this. Sorry about the Non-PVC pipe answer. :)
