Apollo sleeps super weird:)

Any one elses Green cheeks sleep on their backs or sides? Apollo alternates throughout the night....and he snores....

I saw mine do that once, my mom thought he was dying. Lol

I thought that when I first got him a while back... I seen him lying on his back in his hut I touched him and he didn't move I picked him up gently and he screamed at me and grumbled and flew to his hut and began snoring till he fell asleep hahah!! Ever since then I will never disturb his sleep haha!

my GCC will pull her feet right up into her feathers while she sleeps in her hut; but, I can't say that I have ever seen Maki do that side or back thing

Yeap, my Blue Crowned will either sleep in her food pot on her side, or she has 2 perches that are a inch or so apart and she will sleep on her back. When she is in her pot she very often talks to herself - they say that is the best conversation!!!

That is so cute Lo sleeps under a small "blanket" (fabric) I tied both ends up high on her cage. It's funny she used to sleep sitting on it like a hammock but after naps with me under my blanket she unrolled it & sleeps under it now!!!!!

Mine sleep in all kinds of places but the best I've seen is Misha will sleep on a perch near the cage bars and Guapo will sleep holding onto the cage bars lying on top of Misha, very cute!
