Apollo won't eat seeds anymore

I feed Apollo every morning with a dish of seeds on the table while I drink my coffee. He use to eat them, a LOT! The past few days though he would hardly touch them or not touch them at all -- but when I put him back in his cage he eats fine from his food dish, which has pellets and dried veggies. He's also happily accepting Millets any time offered.

Is this normal? I mean, I guess I shouldn't be worried because he's still eating fine, but he use to love his seeds in the morning...
If he won't eat those, WTH am I gonna give him for breakfast?? He's so damn picky as it is and he just eliminated a whole part of his regular diet.
