Are Pizza Peppers Safe?

Hi guys! I'm texting on my phone so forgive me if this is posted somewhere already.

We just ordered from Papa John's and I'm wondering if the peppers that come with the pizza are OK to give Rudy? I don't even know what kind of pepper they are, but I think I read somewhere they are pickled pepperoncinis.

Rudy is a Ruby.

Vinegar is OK for birds too.....

The only thing about pickles is the amount of salt in some brands, but canned peppers are more about the peppers than the pickling & don't have the same amount of salt.....
