The title. Need to know if these are good or if I need the smaller parrot pack. The bird is obviously not mine, I wanna have stuff settled before I get them.

Cockatiels tend to prefer small pellets, what pellet brand is that?
They probably make a smaller size, though you could try and see what the breeder or person your getting them from feeds them as birds won’t always immediately switch to what food you want them to eat.

Thank you! These are Verse Laga NutriBird P15 for big birds, and yeah, they make ones for small birbs too! I can ask around the breeder once I will be about to get the bird, but I have reads some stuff on diet transition.

Make sure to weigh the bird daily while transitioning.
Good luck with your new bird!

Well the best pellet is the one your bird will eat. You can buy the best, Tops, but if they ain't a eatin' it, its worthless.

My Salty eats Roudybush pellets (sometimes) but he gets a lot of chop and some Nutraberries every day.

My Cockatiels love Zupreem nut blend and they eat the amazon size pellets just fine.
