are yukon gold potatos nutritious for a conure?

I'm just curious since i eat so many myself if they had any beneficial nutrition for them at all! (I'm making a batch myself I'm crazy for them!)

just plain with no additives except for my sauce (thats for me haha).

I was thinking it'd be interesting to give Jojo(gcc) a little snack every now and but i'm thinking an apple would be better? What do you guys think?
(of course nothing beats sweet potatos/yams for them vs. regular potatoes but just a thought!)

I also am a potato freak! But! Sorry, they are almost identical to white bread and white rice! Sorry!! I can make wine out of any of these, or white sugar! In small amounts, they are OK, but just remember, you are just slightly above white bread on the scale! Red potatoes are still nasty, but a bit better.

Oh ok! Thats great to know thank you very much! maybe i should change my potatoes to something more healthy too just cant beat the taste haha thank you again though! i'll be sure to go easy on them if at all for her!
