Avian lamps

Ok throwing this one to the masses, how do people feel about these low wattage lamps that claim to be good for birds, and if they are any good how long do you use them for. I am thinking about one of these for the winter,during summer time we take tony outside for sunning in his cage but winter here is damn cold. Thanks

Just got one today. I will let you know. Babbo seems to like it. I plan on having it on 7 hours a day to start.
