I am a long way from Baltimore, so I have no experience with Avian Vets in your area. However, I did a quick web search for Avian Vets near Baltimore MD and several did pop-up. So, there are Avian Vets in your area. This will allow you to start a search for one nearer to you and when someone in your area responses you will have an operable list started.

Sometimes, members are more comfortable commenting on this Vet or that Vet then providing a specific Vet that maybe on the other side of town from you.
