Aviary birds!

Having alot of success lately with my grass keet (Padora) and new albino budgie (Aura)!

I bought them both completely untamed and the grasskeet particularly used to be terrified of me. Now he sits on my hand quite happily and step ups 90% of the time. I'm so happy with my pretty little birds so I thought id share some photos.

They started to explore the entire cage and play with different toys, and they get along really well with my cat ^_^

STUNNING the colors are as beautiful as their personalities! its so great you tamed them, they seem so sweet. gorgeous cat too . i understand they're getting along but always keep an eye on them .

The albino keet is so beautiful . It took me 2 months to tame my parakeet. Extremely afraid of hands, should've seen the way the petco people caught my dear Pepsi. Know he sits on my finger and accepts treats from my hand. Even tho it took him 2 months it's all worth it . In the first pic you can see the kitty in the background getting a little jealousLOL

Thats about how long it took me with these two, and like you said, its worth every minute of the effort you put in. Thinking of adding a tourquosine to my flock now so will see how that goes
