Baby African Gray

Hi i was given a young African Grey today about 4 months old...I have kept all sorts of birds all my life and this one has some issues i need help with...
to me his feet look like they are turned inwards slightly and also his upper beak has grown out about 1/2" too long and its thin...re feet is this normal? and advise on how to deal with beak...we don't have any bird vets on the island

Do you have a breeder nearby that could assist you with the beak? Here my vet or bird shop would use either a dremel or a nail file and file it down over a period of weeks.
