Baby African Grey Congo

Hello Everyone, I am new to this forum. I have an african grey congo I am handfeeding (my first grey) and I noticed there is quite a large firm bump in the throat between the beak and crop. Do they have adams apples? Is this normal. Nervous new Mommy. Let me know thanks
