Baby conure question

Hi all. I have a 6 week old Jenday/orange fronted conure mix that im still hand feeding and he just started to pick at pellets soaked in water. My question is it seems like regardless of the ambient room temperature he's in, he's always trembling as if he were cold. Any possible causes for this? Just had him looked at by my avian vet who said he looked ok on external PE and we are waiting on bloodwork to come back.
