Noted that your Thread had gotten missed, sadly it does happen from time to time. With hope, this bump, will get you back-up on the board and it will be noticed by someone interested in rehoming their Baby.

FYI: Check with your local Avian Medical Professional (CAV). It is not uncommon for for them to be aware of Clients who are considering homing their Parrot. That said, it is rare to find babies or young Parrots as this group is most commonly coming from Breeders or Pet Stores. So, check those local to your current location.
