My first long weekend home instead of on the beach, and I decided to kick it off making Gilbert something different.
I made bread for him another time but he picked through it too much. So this time I ran a lot of the veggies through the food processor!! I used a cornbread base but added extra eggs and Harrison's pellets (powdered in food processor), with veggies (three beans, carrots, corn) and chopped apples and raisins. He really likes it this time!!
I'll have to experiment with different veggies chopped in the food processor because he picks and chooses what he wants and hiding them is awesome!
