Is beak grinding maybe? It's kinda loud and they do it when sleepy and happy.

The Rb's happy clicks are as loud as the sounds of walnuts cracking in our antique nutcracker!

Sounds like beak-grinding to me, but it depends on what is going on when she is doing it, and when it is that she does it...Can't really tell what is going-on when she's doing this, but if it's while she is hanging-out with her person/people, or it's in the evening before bedtime, then it's most-definitely beak-grinding, and it simply means that she's content and very happy...

Yep. It's a very heart-warming thing to recognize! Happy, sleepy, contented birb.

Shes letting you know that she's happy and content! I love when I hear my girl do the same
