Beak grinding??

My 4 month old GCC grinds her beak a lot. Is this normal behavior? Is she damaging anything? Advice please!!

She's perfectly fine. The grind their beak when relaxed and at peace. Usually the will fall asleep soon after.

It's normal. It is a sign of contentment as well as a way to keep their beak in good shape by keeping it filed just so.

I absolutely love listening to my birds grind their beak as they fall asleep!

Same. For some reason, that beak grinding makes me want to go to sleep. It's such a contented noise.

Mine seems to do it after he eats, like we would brush our teeth after we eat.
