Berdie pleasuring herself

She's nine months old and has discovered how to give herself pleasure -- daily. She's quite noisy too. It lasts about ten minutes. Not much to do, I guess except ask her if she prefers privacy.
She's also talking. I had my head inside the cage and was cleaning it, and she climbed down the bars right next to my ear and said, "Hi, Sweetie."

Not much you can do about the pleasuring herself, besides eliminating dark hidey places, no nesting materials, give 12 hrs dark quiet sleep, eliminate sugar bearing foods like corn and avoid touching her anywhere but the head.

yeah, that, and maybe try to get her stop tearing up her paper so much, afraid that's nesting behavior. I also saw that increased screaming is as well, and she's suddenly doing that when I leave the room. She's getting to that age.
