best food for my gcc?

does anyone have any suggestions for the best and healthiest food to feed my Gcc? also Mingo tends to chew on paper and tissues a lot I'm always concerned he might swallow them is this ever an issue?

As long as it's a small amount and it doesn't have any harmful chemicals, he should be "ok".

A good base diet should include pellets, sprouted seeds, grains, legumes, vegetables and some fruits with the occasional cooked egg.
