Bird Acting Sleepy

One of our two parakeets is not acting normal. She always is lively, singing and screaming. The rest of the time she just grooms herself or is drinking and eating. Sometimes she takes naps but she fluffs up and/or puts her head back. In the video, she is shivering slightly keeping her eyes mostly closed and overall seems very tired. Is something wrong with her? What should I do?
