Bird affection

I have been stressed about this thing forever it's about bird affection, my 2 female budgies are just like this if I give the sky some affection tofu will get sad at me if I give tofu affection sky would get sad at me and they keep getting sad and mad from me i can't even train my birds because when I train sky tofu gets mad when i train tofu sky gets mad the only trick they can do is step up I feel so guilty and i don't know what to do
So please share your ideas with me and what you would do if you were in my situation

Train them in a different room then the other budgie is in.

Do what wrench said anyway. Be patient. Budgies are smart and with enough motivation (aka millet) they'll do anything.
