Bird bread

Just made my first batch of Harrison's bird bread....easy peasy. I added no embellishments as I wanted to try it as it is. For oil I used raw virgin coconut oil.
I tried it, it's pretty good, and Nika already took a few bites, and budgies will get some in the morning. Gonna let it cool then freeze. This stuff is awesome!

it looks good! Where can you buy it? I would like to try some I love coconut oil, its also great for your hair. It makes it really soft and shiny.

The name is "health support" coconut oil....I found it at a health food store locally. I had originally got it for myself, but my conure is crazy over it, she loves licking it off the backs of my hands or face. They have a website under the same name, and it comes in a big tub.
It goes from solid to liquid super easy, doesn't need refrigeration, I love this stuff.....and yes it works great on your ends, I know because I do hair.
