Would anyone care to upload a picture of their birds cage so I can see the set up, please? It'll give me great ideas! ☺
Thanks in advance!

I have a question.. Is it important to cover my bird's cage at night? If so, what's the reasons?

Do lovebirds have anything to do with a cuttlebone

I think most people cover their bird's cage at night.

will help eliminate drafts,
keep light out,
control sleeping schedule,
& give birds a sense of security.

Around dusk my Amazon, Primor will start chirping and getting agitated,
as he is asking for his cage cover.
then as we are putting the cover on he climbs inside his cage and goes to his sleeping perch.
We don't cover the front of his cage until we go to bed.
He just hangs out,
preens,
has a snack.

Great info on this site.

Thank you for your reply!!

Do Lovebirds, if any may know, do they enjoy cuttlebones? If so, what's it's benefits?

I'll be the first to admit...I totally overdid this.....but I kept adding and didn't make sense to remove anything.

1st picture his main hang out basketball special treat cup and mirror.

2nd picture face on with ladder to bed, and his cubbies.

Yeah I need to clean it I'll do it when I wake up tomorrow, three day work weekend.

What is good for a Bird to have in it's cage to trim beak down? Just curious.. Not sure if they make stuff like that..
