Bird diet

Hi, I have a Indian Ringneck and I have only had him for a little while. Every day I give him at least one type of fruit or veg most days I put cucumber and something else saltana, apple, apricot ect. At night I have started to make porridge with mushed up pellets mixed in his cage (which is huge) and he has either large parrot food with corn and saltanas added as well as nuts or gourmet parrot food with a lot of vitamins and mineralsin it. He has 2 calcium and iodine sorces in his cage and lot of toys
Any suggestions for his diet??

What are your mineral sources? The only change I might reccomend is replacing them with a cuttle fish bone. And one should be sufficient, but until they are both consumed there is no reason to remove either.
