Bird Safe Air Purifier (And small update!)

Got a baby cockatiel from a store three days ago, TOTAL velcro bird, will nudge my hand consistently if i’m not giving him scritches! Sitting on my tummy beak grinding as I’m writing this. Update: he LOVES apple and is very keen on trying new foods. Woot woot!

My little buddy “Banana Butt” Bentley produces SOOOO much dander, lol! Constant clouds of feathers and dust. I’m fine with the mess, but my nose seemingly is not, and I sneeze twice as much! What are some good, bird safe air purifiers/brands? Thanks!

Congrats on your addition! I’m sure others will chime in - but I believe with an air purifier you are looking for one without an ionizer (or able to shut off the ionizer). Personally I have a couple of Levoit air cleaners running in the house with hepa filters. I have heard that Rabbit Air are highly recommended.
