Hi everyone! So I've never had a use for any heaters or air purifiers before, but recently my heat has been messed up and I'm really looking into getting a heater to put in my room, not only for myself but also Georgia. I can't find that much information about heaters and birds, so I figured it was better to be safe than sorry and I should ask some other bird owners! And as for the air purifier, I've been wanting to get one for a couple of months now as I've gotten more animals and, again, it would be around Georgia as well. If anyone has any suggestions on bird-safe heaters and purifiers it would be MUCH appreciated! I've just never looked into whether or not it's harmful seeing as though I haven't needed either until now! Thanks!

I use a Honeywell Air Genius 5 air purifier and it works really well.
As far as heaters, if you are thinking of a space heater, I would recommend emailing the company that makes one you like and asking them if it is bird safe. We had a Lasko space heater that was not bird safe. Ceramic heaters are a good choice form what I understand
