My budgies love bell pepper seeds and stems. After the pepper is washed, I carefully cut out the stem , and I leave the clump of seeds attached to the stem , in place. I stick the top of the stem threw the bars of the cage , and leave it in place. The loose seeds I get from the bell pepper , I put in a dish.

YAY!! I do this for my budgies too except i give them literally the whole bell pepper. Sometimes I cut it in half and stuff the seedy side with lettuce kale and spinach. They eat through the greens and behold!! SEEBS!!

Yes , I sometimes give them a half a pepper , too. Usually when i'm using long chili peppers , that are not spicy. Budgies can eat spicy chili peppers as well as seeds , but my budgies enjoy the non spicy peppers and seeds the best.
Thanks for sharing that with me.
