So I think that Charlie talks...but only because Parker says things in a weird voice that I don't recognize.... anyone else have this happen in their house. Do your fids learn each others different voices, and the words they know?

My guys have definitely learned from each other. Ekko says hello just like Slater does, and also picked up the cursing from him. I just heard Xander saying Come Here in Ekko's voice yesterday

They definitely learn from each other. If you have seen the videos of Folger doing his 'woo' thing or rolling his head around, he learned that from another cockatoo in the shelter. And he does a ruff ruff ruff like a dog and a couple other bird sounds that are definitely not cockatoo! He learned 'what do you want' from Boomer the Moluccan at the shelter also. Victoria's little green cheek, Monkey, learned psst psst as a call to get her attention and several of the birds make the tongue clicking / kissing sound back to me (I do this sound without thinking when I pick them up or talk to them).
