Has anyone made birdie muffins that smelled so good they just wanted to eat them instead of giving them to the bird:32: I made Coby some fruity birdie muffins tonight and they smelled so good.
2 boxes Martha White yellow corn muffin mix (has 1/3 less sodium than jiffy)
2 eggs plus the crushed shells
1 pkg. dried mixed berries (cran, blue, & cherry)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup v8 fusion 100% juice
1 jar mango baby food
1 mashed very ripe banana
1/4 cup cut up strawberries
1 diced up peach
1/3 cup halved fresh blueberries
handful of sunflower kernels
handful of unsalted cashews
Bake 375 for 20 minutes
Smelled delicious and Coby loved them. Makes about two dozen muffins.
