Hi, I'm new here. Have had a cinnamon GCC for several years. Moved recently and then noticed my bird was plucking (I think). I started doing some research. One thing led to another and after I realized I was doing a million things wrong (ack-like still feeding seed) I have changed my ways. Birdie seems to be much better, looks better, has more energy, etc.

Anyway, I got so much from this forum, I've decided to stay. Thanks!
