Is one louder than the other?
Does one sound more like a sun than the other?
Is one generally more cuddly than the other?
Is one more inclined to be nippy?
Is one more prone to medical conditions?
Is one more prone to feather plucking?
Is one more prone to incessant screaming?

Blue crown would probably be louder and a better talker.
Not really.
Depends on the bird.
Also depends on the bird and how well socialized he is.

Conures generally don't pluck. It's pretty rare.
Conures tend to be "line of sight" screamers. The Arritanga conures, and I don't think I spelled that right, tend to be a little more scream-ey, especially Nandays, but again, this is more a socialization and training issue.
