Hi,
I am in the process of getting a blue throated macaw. I was thinking of a cage of 200 cm (L) 145 cm (W) 200 cm (H).

Would this been enough knowing I will have her out of the cage for several hours during the day?

Thanks for your help!

Gio

That sounds great, especially if you're going to have her out for enough hours a day!
Just be sure your setup is fine as well!

That's a really nice sized cage for your new BTM.
When will your bird be coming home to you? I know we would all love to see pics:)

You better hope the cage is put together really well, Blue Throat Macaws are the mechanics of the parrot world and are well known for taking cages apart. THe ones I know of had their cages welded together because the macaws kept taking them apart.
