Boy or Girl what do you think?

Hi, I just bought him a week ago and I don't know what the gender is. I think he is a male because he has this shaodwy ring around his neck maybe just starting to form. He is 1 year old born on February 22 2013.

Without DNA sexing, I don't think the "shadow ring" is an accurate way of sexing ringnecks that are under ~2 years in age.

Whatever gender he/she may be, he's still gorgeous! Looks like a lovely grey!

Yes - too young to tell. Females can develop a bit of a shadow ring.
He/she is really pretty!!
