Hi All,
So we've had Braxy for 2.5months and he was the quietest and shy bird. It took him no time to settle in and take over me. He's trying to throw his water dish and food dish off his playground. He's climbing down his rope to run across the sunroom to me. Now he's eating the wires to my computer. I tied the ropes about a foot off the ground and he's letting go to run across the room! He just ate a few of the beads off my new belt just now....He's getting plenty of time-outs in his cage. It's like have a 2 year old in the house AGAIN....my husband will walk in in two minutes and he'll be an angel!

Yep. That sounds like a bird having fun while hard at work driving you crazy. Are your food and water dish holders permanently mounted? You can get twist lock bowls the birds can't get out.

My husband is the one hour of fun 5:30-6:30pm. Basically, Braxy is MY full time job. If he's not climbing on my head and trying to pull out my eye lashes, he's biting my zipper on my jeans and breaking all my sweatshirt zippers. I thought he was over-sleeping, now doesn't nap but 10 minutes/day. He (she) likes to lie on his side and then have me tickle his belly, which is hilarious. So much for the shy, distraught pet store lonely bird!

Least you don't wear glasses!
Our Pazu is a menace if you wear glasses, and if you're like me and have frames with holes and nooks he can get his claws in, he is an absolute pain to get off. Otherwise very loveable
