African Grey male (since 1981) and two Scarlet Macaw sibling brothers (since May 2020)
Scottie & Louie were hatched only two days apart and although they are both brothers, they each have their own unique personalities and physical characteristics that make them special! Look at Louie’s “puffy feathers” head which he gets from their father, and Scottie’s more typical angular Scarlet Macaw head shape, which comes from their mother. So similar and yet so different. Nature is both beautiful and amazing.

Does Louie where his feathers puffy like that all the time?

My Blue and Gold only does this when excited otherwise he wears them tight like Scottie.

All the time. Louie is one big puff ball, much like a Cockatoo.
