Hey guys this is my 1st post so hope this is in the correct place
We went away for the weekend and our Brown headed parrot stayed with my mom while we weren't there. When we got back her right wing kept on twitching. She did it as soon as she saw my girlfriend and I. I did some research and some say its from excitement, but why now? She is about 5 years old and 1st time seeing this. See a video below for an example this morning while she ate her fruit. She eats very well, nice balanced diet of fruit/veg and few seeds. Also read that it could be a calcium deficiency? But we give her loads of broccoli. She is a very stressed bird outside of ppl she knows so im very hesitant to take her to a vet if I can avoid it.
