I have a budgie, he's a really silly and curious guy always talking (but will only talk inside of his cage) but recently he has been pinching and making little pimple type things on my arm and parts of my hand. It might be just a phase but i'm not sure. He is only about 9 months old so I wouldn't be too surprised if it was but if you have any idea on how to fix this please help!
