Building a bird room!!

I'm going to start the process of turning the second bedroom into a bird room. Any suggestions or ideas? Also was wanting to build some different play stands with branches and wasn't sure exactly what I needed to do to it to make it safe ! Any info is appreciated

Wow! I would like to do that to to my room! Ok an idea is hang some bird perches or toys from the ceiling and make sure that the birds don't get up to the top and chew on the ceiling so you should cove the top with PVC pipe. And maybe some play stands around! Good luck, I cant wait to see the out come!

Use rope with PVC end caps and SS eye hooks with links on the end of those. Use another eye hook in the wall or ceiling to place the rope where you want it to hang.

Build a stand with sides. If available, get some safe "logs" no more tan 3-4" wide and screw them down onto the stand.. You can then either attach perches to the top of the "logs" or screw wooden perches into the logs to make it like a "mini-tree".
