Lorikeet
Hi, we have a few months old rainbow lorikeet. Just noticed two bumps (one on the wing and another one on the body) on it's body. Also she can't walk properly and showing a bit cranky behaviour which is unusual. I have attached the photo of the bump. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Welcome to the forums – I am sorry however that it is under these worrying circumstances.

Unfortunately nobody here on the forums is an avian medical professional so we would not be able to diagnose your lorikeet’s issues with 100% certainty. It does seem however that she is suffering from multiple issues and they would be best assessed and treated by a specialist avian vet, and not a dog or cat vet. The bump on the wing may be an ingrown feather, but of more concern is the inability to walk properly that you have observed. The “cranky” behaviour is highly suggestive that your bird is in pain, therefore a trip to an avian vet is strongly recommended. There are several very good ones in your region and the link below will help you to find one closest to you…

Thank you for reaching out, and I wish your lorikeet a full and speedy recovery.🙏
