cage size

I was wondering if this cage size would be good for my sun conure 40x31x62 and the bar spacing is 5/16?

I'd say that bar spacing is too small, I wouldn't go any smaller than 1/2" because his beak wont fit on the bars properly and his feet might get stuck, could you maybe lost a link to that cage because I have never seen a cage like that before?
