Caiques need Protein

I just couldnt bring myself to show you what they eat in the wild to meet this protein need. (Basically soft grubs and larvae.... uuuuurgh).

I feed mine fried chicken or cheese a couple of times a week

Me too. I refuse to share my grubs and larvae with them...

I give my baby scrambled eggs, meat, hummus, and sometimes some milk or ice cream hah

Beans, lintels, and flax seed are also good protiens sources.
