Can jenday conures eat steamed bun ?

I was eating a steam bun and my birds came to steal it from me. I feel kinda bad because I didn’t give it to them. Is a tiny chunk okay ?

I guess it kind of depends on what the filling is

edit: Based on this one recipe I found it looks like the casing itself has sugar in it so probably not the best idea regardless of fillings.

Hmm, the average pellet is mostly grain! Some sugar too!
