There is a lot of stress associated with moving to a new home so he might just be tired and settling in. Has he been active and eating? If so, he's probably fine. Give them some time to settle in and get used to you and your hands before changing their diet.

He’s the only one drinking water and eating abit of seeds but the other 2 aren’t and I don’t know why

They probably are. Eating and drinking are very vulnerable activities for wild birds, so it’s likely that they’re only doing it when you aren’t watching. Check their poop; if it looks okay, then they are eating and drinking normally.

Diet conversion takes time. They will eat veggies eventually, but it’s unlikely to happen within two nights.

If the puffy one starts showing other symptoms (runny droppings, shivering, droopy wings, vomiting, panting, etc), then you should try to get him to a vet. Otherwise, he’s probably tired or overwhelmed by the stress of being in a new home. ❤️

Green with white is exactly what it should be. Slightly runny / watery is good, they're getting plenty of liquids.

Watery poop can also be the result of anxiety; my budgies’ poop tends to become runny when they’re nervous. I would monitor them for the time being, but this does not mean that your budgies are sick.
