Cannot mention OP

Hi. I was trying to reply to an older post, and I found that I cannot 'mention' the OP. Feature or bug? 🤔

From what I remember I had a similar situation - the member didn't appear on the list of tagging but it worked anyway, I just had to write their username.

Tornado budgie Carriers?

Does anyone have any budgie carrier ideas? I'm trying to find a carrier/cage for my 2 budgies. I live in an area with tornados, and would need something tough/hardsided to hold them in when one passes. The only bird carriers I've seen have either been mostly cloth, and the few hard-sided ones...
