I have my Middle School Orchestra performance tonight and I can't wait!!!! We will be playing a song Called. Fiddling Around. And Decck the halls. And last ut not least Dance Of The Tumblers. Those are the three songs the Seventh grade plays. The eighth grade is playing three and so is Sixth grade but I don't know what those are named. I CANNOT WAIT

Sounds like a blast!

Takes me back to when I was around 13-14 and as I did music as a chosen subject, I was MADE to sing in the choir.

Unfortunately, being a soprano and having lessons I was rather loud. During our HUGE school Christmas concert, I belted out "As white as the snoooow" during Holly and the Ivy.....the words are actually "white as the milk". A lot of people laughed, I went bright red, my music teacher rolled her eyes and giggled having thought she'd managed to iron out that particular problem during 3rd practice.....sadly not!!!!

I'm sure you'll have a fabulous time and won't put a foot wrong unlike me!!!

HAHAHA I do not mean to be mean. Please believe me I really don't that is just kinda funny. At least you got your moment in the spotlight.

I remember those holiday choir concerts...in high school I sang 1st soprano with the community choir and we'd perform pieces from Handel's Messiah. I used to sing along with it in my car but only when alone! It's still my favorite piece although since my last surgery I can't even attempt to sing with it. Only in my head, I can still hit those high C's.

Have fun!

LOL oh it was incredibly funny at the time - I don't blame you for laughing! :D

I hope yours went more smoothly!

I loved the school concerts.... year after year
I remember being in "My Fair Lady" I won't say any more ...
We had so much fun, something I will treasure forever
Enjoy it Jeremy, school time is the best time of your life
