my budgie coco is going to lay eggs this friday i think the nestbox is a small one i am thinking of replacing it with a bigger one before she will be laying eggs because i was thinking if i would get 3 4 babies they would have absolutely no space can i change it with a bigger one before she will lay the eggs or will this stress her out help me please

Do you have access to the same type of wood that the current box is made of? If you use that, it will making a connection to the smaller box.
Assembly where she can see the pieces coming together also helps, be part of the project. And, last let her be in the box before you enclose it. The more you can use of the old box will help.
