I have been using the High Potentcy Course with Mattie and she is transitioning well - it is expensive though - and makes me cringe when I find nearly whole pellets on the bottom of her cage!

Where is the cheapest cost you have found? even with shipping?

Thanks.

I get mine from My safe bird store

Ive had good luck on amazon

My vet sells it very reasonably!

I pay about 10.00 a lb. That's including tax here in California. I go to a bird store called 'Our feathered Friends.' They are the cheapest here in San Diego. But with shipping I don't know. Did you try Amazon?

Also I get both the HP Coarse and the fine. Rio likes both, and there isn't as much waste since I only give her a few pellets a day of the coarse, the rest of her food consists of, the fine, fruits, veggies, and a little seed.

I get them for my cockatoo of doctor fosters and smith but I would LOVE to find it cheaper!!! Also my cockatoo drops some of his pellets also so I just scoop them back up! I check every couple hours for them and make sure no poo is near them before I scoop them up but he only poops in one spot of his cage and drops his pellets far off from that so its all good.
