I realized this morning that I was on the last container of chop....usually I plan better than this, so today suddenly became chop day. I always feel so accomplished after I make a months-worth of chop....I’ve used every dish in the house, there are little bits of veggie stuck to every flat surface, the food processor is painted a variety of colours and the sink is full. A culinary master I am definitely not! My husband thinks it’s hilarious because the only time I spend that much time in the kitchen is to make the birds’ food. Anyhow, I have to share with someone and this group is likely the only who will appreciate the efforts :p

That all looks delicious Jen I’m coming to your place for lunch!

I'm so jealous! Not only of how delicious your chop looks, but of the fact that you can make a month's worth at a time. My little guys will eat thawed chop, but my big guys that we raised since they were pulled from the nest were overly spoiled I guess and refuse to eat anything other than freshly chopped veggies. The brats.
