Chop Mix

saw this awesome recipe for chop mix today and want to try it out I will make it tomorrow and went to the store tonight to get some stuff so far I have these:

broccoli
red/green bell pepper
carrots with tops
zucchini
kale
turnips
beets
red chili peppers
corn
quinoa
brown rice
barley
16 bean soup
spiral veggie whole grain pasta

anyone have some suggestions of what else to put in it?? I have some sweet potatoes could I put a little of those in it??

I make mine with all kinds of combinations of all kinds of foods. I probably never make it the same twice. Although, some things that I know they like, I'll use often. And my guys love baked sweet potato.
